Reims, Friday April 26, 2024 – 5:45pm - LANSON-BCC held its General Meeting today at the Champagne Lanson site in Reims.
All the resolutions were adopted. The general meeting notably approved the corporate and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, and set the dividend for 2023 at €1.10 per share. It will be paid out on May 6, 2024.
